Job Profile: Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2)
Reporting Structure: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
- Provide operational support and respond to platform‑related incidents and service requests.
- Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and ServiceNow.
- Support AI‑enabled features and ensure proper configuration under established governance guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user enablement materials.
- Participate in platform migrations and modernization initiatives as directed.
