Operations Director

At DOPP Executive Search, we are currently looking for an Operations Director for an Industrial company based in Vallladolid.

Reporting directly to General Management, you will lead and optimize the company’s operations, drive process efficiency, and ensure the achievement of strategic business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.

• Proven experience in operations leadership and process optimization, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and make key decisions in dynamic environments.

• Advanced English.
