Job Responsibilities

- Lead operational planning and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and service standards
- Drive quality improvement and transformation initiatives to enhance resident care and operational efficiency
- Manage and support residential care services, admissions, discharges, records management, and related operations
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and strong community partnerships
