Summary
The Operations Director – Heart & Vascular Integrated Center of Clinical Excellence (ICCE) reports to the System Administrative Officer. The Operations Director is responsible for partnering with ICCE Leadership to align and execute the strategy of the H&V ICCE. The Operations Director oversees and provides leadership for all strategic program development activities for their areas of responsibility. This role interacts proactively with other directors, leaders, physicians, nurses and other members of the health care delivery team to achieve desired outcomes. The Operations Director not only represents areas under their direct responsibility but also provides leadership around organization-wide initiatives to improve patient care, clinical effectiveness, and patient access and to optimize patient experience and quality.
