Key Responsibilities

• Review and respond to emails received outside of office hours at the start of each day.
• Prepare and organize trip documentation for external carriers and internal vehicles.
• Monitor inbound shipments from previous coastal routes and coordinate onward deliveries.
• Schedule and confirm pickup bookings with carriers, ensuring all deadlines (12:00 cutoff) are met.
