Operations Assistant – Part-Time

The Role

You’ll be the backbone of our physical operations — ensuring fulfilment, inventory, and in-person retail experiences are executed with care. This role is hands-on and requires someone who takes ownership and can work independently once trained.

Roles & Responsibilities

Fulfilment & Orders

• Pack and process orders accurately
• Coordinate dispatch and ensure timely delivery

Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and DMs in a clear and professional manner
• Ensure customer requests are handled smoothly and followed through to resolution
• Process returns and exchanges promptly and accurately

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate records
• Label and organise stock in office
• Assist with stock replenishment at consignment stores
