Operations Assistant Manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 2 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
• Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing operational strategies and objectives.
