Job Responsibilities
- Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and order processing
- Prepare and update documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and reports
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery
- Support inventory management, stock checks, and filing of records
- Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the logistics team
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with some experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment...
