Responsibilities
- Responsible mainly for food preparation, cleaning, housekeeping and customer service duties.
- Main job station comprises of:
- 1. Cashier
- Taking in customer’s orders correctly.
- To handle POS transactions accurately and effectively during peak hours.
- To operate POS functions including payment modes, promotion key, voucher redemption, staff meal, staff discount, and transaction void.
- Assist the Coffee Maker in the preparation of cold beverages.
- 2. Toast
- Preparation of toasted bread as per customer’s order.
- 3. Kitchen
- Preparation of ingredients for Asian Food Delights as per customer’s order.
- Manage & ensure food stock are sufficient at all times.
