Job Title: Operating Room Nursing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nursing Manager to lead and manage the OR nursing team. This role ensures the provision of safe patient- and family-focused quality care while maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership clinical expertise and experience managing nursing staff in a high-acuity surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the 24-hour operations of the Operating Room (OR) nursing unit.

• Assess plan direct implement and evaluate patient care in accordance with Elegancia Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice and Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCI).

• Promote teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration within the OR and across departments.

• Evaluate patient acuity and determine appropriate staffing skill mix and scheduling.
