Onsite IT Support Specialist

A global advertising agency in Metro Manila is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to provide both remote and onsite support. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support and is skilled in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role requires excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to work under supervision. The position is onsite five days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM and offers a dynamic work environment.
