A. POSITION PURPOSE

Reporting to the Director of Recreation or their designee, the On-Call Lifeguards are responsible for protecting the safety of patrons using the Sullivan Aquatic Center. They are primarily responsible for monitoring the pool and surrounding area to prevent potential accidents by ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
