A full-time role for CNC Machinist or Precision Machining Specialist to produce high-precision components for a leading engineering firm in Melbourne's northern suburbs
- Requires: 5 years’ experience in CNC machining, particularly with Mill-Turn Lathe applications
- Salary guide: Depending on experience
- Location: Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria
Your normal day will involve:
- Reviewing job sheets and engineering drawings to understand specifications
- Setting up and operating Mill-Turn Lathe machines, with adjustments as required
- Manufacturing high-precision parts, conducting quality checks, and monitoring production
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize production and maintain efficiency
