Officer; Transaction Management Ops Analyst

Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the timely and accurate settlement of financial products for Merrill Lynch Canada Inc. The department is responsible for the settlement of all fixed income and equity products.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical expertise in relation to data processed in the area
Participate in the daily activities of the settlements area
Work with colleagues to manage data in 'spreadsheet' type applications
Work with the department to identify opportunities to make processing flows more efficient
Create, document, and implement technical solutions
Problem resolution: Identify, investigate and devise corrective action
Work well under pressure with daily deadlines
QualificationsProven organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
