We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Office Associate - Ortho - East Meadow.

In this role, the successful candidate Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to staff, including front desk, schedulers, admins, and clinical staff, assisting management with maintaining effective operations at the practice. The incumbent acts as the go-to person for administrative and clinical staff for Epic related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain cooperative and professional relationships with physicians, nurses, office and clinical staff. Acts as the go-to person for patient intake, pre-cert, referrals, prescription refill operations and staff, stepping in at times to assist.
