Our client, a leading international firm is seeking to recruit an Office Assistant as part of their growing set-up. Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities:- Perform administrative duties to support the office in making meals and meeting rooms reservation
- Maintain and assist to upkeep meeting rooms
- Involved in setting up for events
- Managing and upkeep the pantry ensuring that supplies are well-stocked
- Handle courier services whenever required
- Possess minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience in a professional firm or MNC
- Physically fit for role, with no medical history
- Able to multi-task and display a high level of professionalism at all times
- Organised and having the ability to work well with people, being customer service oriented
