Office Assistant – Bergen, Norway
This is a full-time position in Bergen, Norway.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Organize and schedule appointments for managers.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence memos and forms.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and payment processing.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Conduct research as needed to support projects or initiatives.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
