?Handle overall sales order management (taking order to billing).
? Prepare Daily Customer Delivery Report to Sales team.
? Manage customer and sales staff’s request and issues, and provide necessary information and resolve the issues.
? AR collection via Customer Management System.
? T&E review and input.
? Assist VAT return for VAT receivable portion.
? Take various administration works (Visitor arrangement, petty cash, medical check arrangement etc.).
? Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. 

[자격요건]
? 2-3 years experience as customer service admin work.
? Excellent communication skills.
? SAP experience.
? Sound Excel skills.
? Capable in English (Verbal and written).
? Experience in the FMCG or liquor industry.
