- Configure and support Odessa (LeaseWave) modules including Origination, Contracts, Billing, Assets, Accounting, and End-of-Term.
- Act as the technical SPOC for platform setup, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
- Troubleshoot complex functional technical issues related to lease lifecycle processing, billing anomalies, and accounting postings.
