Vacancy Description
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Process bookings with customers/carriers/NVOCC
- Import/Export ocean document processing
- Coordinate all aspects of shipments
- Maintain consistent communications with customers, esuring prompt responses and fulfillment of all requirements
- To ensure accurate and timely production of relevant declarations ( eg. HB/L , MBL , manifest, pre-alerts, NOA)
