Pay Rate: £52 per hour

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to lead and inspire a team? We’re looking for a dynamic and reflective leader to join our Adult Social Care service in Stoke, driving innovation and excellence in occupational therapy practice.


Your Mission:

  • Ensure individuals are fully involved and empowered throughout their journey with the service

  • Understand each person’s unique needs to offer tailored, effective solutions

  • Identify and remove systemic barriers to efficient service delivery

  • Promote independence, connection, and well-being through outcome-focused support

  • Regularly engage with service users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement
