The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about helping patients to improve their quality of life and helping staff to develop in their roles and are keen to learn.

The role will involve assessing patients functional abilities and providing appropriate interventions within a rehabilitation hospital setting to maximise functional abilities and independence.
