Nuclear Medicine - Radiology Physics

The Department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL invites applicants to apply for a faculty position in our clinical medical physics division. The successful applicant will have the ability to drive innovation and clinical implementation in all areas of Nuclear Medicine physics while overseeing safety, quality, and accreditation processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with patients, radiologists, colleagues in medical physics, and a range of other healthcare professionals are essential. This position will provide direct support and leadership for projects, including specification of software and hardware for new equipment, periodic evaluation of imaging system performance, development of advanced clinical applications and procedures, study design, integration and performance optimization of clinical and research protocols.
