Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new product introduction from R&D to Production Release Stage, product/team coordination and management, ensuring transfer goals are met.
- This includes production scheduling, commitment adherence in terms of On Time Delivery, Product Cost , Process lead time improvement and inventory management.
- Engage with the factory to drive Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to deliver Lean and Cost efficient on new programs introduced.
- Achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in Backlog Commits, Manufacturing, Quality, IPH Cost and Customer Responsiveness.
- Responsible for Site Readiness (4M: Man, Material, Machine, and Method).
- Coordinate the preparation for the weekly reviews and Phase Reviews to ensure target goals are achieved in terms of Time to Market, Time to Yield, Time to Cost & Time to Ramp ensuring readiness goals are MET.
