Payrate: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

 

Summary:

Support capital program deployments by monitoring alarms, handling initial issues, and fixing problems, with most tasks related to these deployments. Work with Telecommunication deployment, vendor, and Tier 2 teams to escalate issues smoothly. Provide real-time monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration and quick resolution of post-deployment issues, enhancing network reliability.

 

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful implementation and prevent problems.


• Take ownership of deployment-related incidents, working with deployment/Tier 2 teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting issues.
