Designation: NOC Engineer L2 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Shift: General Shift (Monday to Friday) Experience: 3+ Years Relevant experience in NOC/Desktop Support roles preferred Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support for network and end-user issues. Coordinate closely with the NOC team and customer end users. Troubleshoot Desktop Support, Firewall, Network, and EUC-related issues. Monitor incidents, ensure timely resolution, and maintain service quality. Escalate critical issues and coordinate with internal teams when required. Required Skills: Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of Desktop Support, Firewall, Networking, Troubleshooting, and EUC.
