New Business Development Manager

Minimum requirements

• Matric certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field
• 5 Years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within the mining, earthmoving, or heavy equipment industry
• Strong understanding of underground mining equipment and related applications
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios
• Experience working with mines, contractors, and EPC/project environments
• Ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Knowledge of tender processes and contract negotiations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively
• Own reliable transport will be advantageous
