Networking Services Engineer

As a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) at NTT DATA, you will ensure our clients' IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to meet service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems.
Handle medium complexity incidents and requests as second‑line support.
Update and log tickets, communicate with teams and clients, and participate in shift handover processes.
Escalate tickets to Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other teams when necessary.
Collaborate with automation teams to optimize routine tasks and coach L1 teams.
Establish monitoring for client infrastructure and manage initial escalations.
