Network & Virtualization Engineer / ICT Customer support Engineer

The Network/Virtualization Engineers will monitor and maintain the Virtual/Local/Hybrid networks of our customers, as well as the infrastructure of our own Cloud Solution, Desktop Anywhere.

This includes:

• Migrate networks towards Desktop Anywhere.
• Configure firewalls, VPN, switches, servers (email, file, DHCP, DNS, cluster, NLB, virtualization) either on local infrastructure or virtual in public cloud (Azure).
• Write PowerShell scripts and optimize processes.
• Hardware maintenance: installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving hardware failures, monitor system alerts and reports on servers, testing and evaluating new technology, conducting safety checks on computer equipment, assure business continuity by applying recovery plans.
