Network Engineer – Tier 2 Lan / Wi-Fi
Location: Eagan, MN



We are seeking a Network Engineer to support our client and perform LAN and Wi-Fi monitoring and support. This individual will be expected to work independently or semi-independently with a minimum of guidance or direction.



This is an onsite position, located in Eagan, MN. Currently allowing for hybrid work, reporting to the office 4 days a week. This hybrid schedule could change in the future. Schedule is Monday – Friday from 8am to 6pm ET with occasional on-call rotation and after-hours work.



Responsibilities include, but not limited to:



• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues, including, but not limited to, switches, routers, and cabling.

• Resolve Trouble tickets generated through ServiceNow

• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
