An individual to be part of Network Operations Service Fulfillment team under Team Change to work on network infrastructure operations and service request to maintain and enhance availability, stability, resiliency.

• Network Engineer handling incident and change in the region.
• Team player and collaborate with each other on resolving all incidents and be point of escalation of all events from event management team.
• Being the escalation point for all network infrastructure incidents in the region.
• Ability to resolve incidents within SLA timeline including automate and improve existing processes
• Manage third party vendors, including Telco, to resolve incidents in timely manner.
