Network Engineer

Job Description

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Implement IP addressing and subnetting schemes
• Set up structured cabling and network racks in call‑centre floors
• Configure DHCP, DNS, and VLANs
• Network monitoring & troubleshooting – monitor performance, detect outages, respond quickly to incidents, diagnose connectivity problems affecting agents, perform root‑cause analysis and document solutions
• Security management – implement firewall rules and access control policies, monitor for cyber threats and unusual traffic, configure VPN access for remote staff, ensure compliance with data protection standards (e.g., ISO, PCI‑DSS)

Qualifications

2nd year completed/College Graduate

5 years relevant experience with networking/firewalls

At least 2 years of leadership experience

Cisco Certification – Preferred but Not Required
