Network Engineer 3

Job Description
The Network Engineer is responsible for monitoring network performance, ensuring system availability, and maintaining reliability across all infrastructure. This role leads the configuration and installation of network devices and services, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS. The engineer performs complex maintenance and system upgrades, applying service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations. They assist in developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting information security awareness throughout the organization. The position provides advanced Level 3 support and troubleshooting for highly complex technical issues. Working within established change management policies, the engineer ensures successful implementation of infrastructure changes.
