The CCIE certified Network Architect to deliver advanced network architecture, engineering, and operational support services. This role is expected to function at a strategic design and architecture level while also supporting critical operational needs as required.
1. Support daily network operations to maintain uptime, performance, and operational continuity.
2. Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting across routing, switching, and production Cisco environments (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR).
3. Assist with protocol redistribution, configuration updates, and change management activities.
