Job Title: NetApp Support Engineer<br /> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li><b>L2/L3 Technical Support:</b> Diagnose and resolve complex software and performance issues within NetApp storage environments.</li> <li><b>ONTAP Management:</b> Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain NetApp Data ONTAP (Cluster-Mode).</li> <li><b>Hardware Troubleshooting:</b> Handle break/fix scenarios, controller replacements, and disk shelf issues.</li> <li><b>Client Collaboration:</b> Coordinate directly with the US client team to ensure data availability and storage health.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Requirements<b>Mandatory Certifications</b><br /> Candidates <b>must hold at least 3</b> of the following certifications upon hire, and be willing to pursue the remaining 2 after onboarding: <ul> <li><b>NCSE</b> (NetApp Certified Support Engineer...
