Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for core banking applications related to Investment & Wealth.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Maintain documentation for incidents, solutions, and system changes.
- Support database‑related troubleshooting and optimization (MS‑SQL).
