Responsibilities
- Manage reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
- Revise communications and notifications, and facilitate postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
- Supervise a small team of support staff
- Delegate and supervise straightforward tasks
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, promotion, compensation adjustments, and termination
- Create and monitor metrics for the managed team
- Supervise overall operating efficiency
- Apply technical and professional principles and concepts and possess in‑depth knowledge of team objectives
- Supervise the quality and service of own work and others; navigate within the organization to troubleshoot escalated issues and bring appropriate closure
