£38,000 Per Annum+ Van and fuel card

Permanent Position

Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-trader with a strong background in social housing to join their team covering the Medway / Kent area

Package:

  • Salary £38,000
  • Van and fuel card
  • 28 Days holiday + Bank Holidays

    • Duties:

  • Carrying out General Maintenance on void properties
  • Carrying out repairs
  • Such as Internal and external door fitting, kitchen and bathroom refits plastering etc

    • Experience:

  • Must have social housing/council experience
  • Must have a full UK driving license
