First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative (Plumber) to join their team in Greenwich.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to isolate existing supplies, strip out existing bathroom including tiles, floor and sanitary wear.Reroute existing or supply new hot and cold supplies, running mains supply for showers, adapting/renewing waste pipes and soil stacks as per designed provided/instructed by Field Operations Manager and/or Supervisor.Drain down central heating system as required for radiator removal where applicable.Connection of waste via gravity or pump, ability to prepare walls for tiling and/or decorations, tiling to all required areas, carpentry, boxing out walls, stud work, door re swings, hanging new doors within new and old linings and installation of specialist equipment i.e. grab rails, carer doors.<...
