Must Be Licensed RN in Kentucky/Indiana

Must have Full NURSYS REPORT at time of Submittal to be considered

Must Present RN State License at time of Submittal to be considered

Location: Work From Home (Kentucky or Indiana)

Shift: M-F 8a-5p (local time)

Opportunity for Ext./Conversion but NOT Guaranteed and based off team need and performance/eval

If considered for FT, FT must report to the facility being offered
