MSAT Strategy Director – Biopharma Process Transfer

QP Group is seeking a Head of MSAT based in Barcelona to manage the transfer of Drug Substance and Drug Product processes. The role involves overseeing compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring successful scale-up and knowledge transfer across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD and at least 10 years of industry experience with specific expertise in MSAT activities, proving their capability to lead and mentor a team.
