MRI Tech 3

The MRI Tech 3 is accountable for performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures, which produce high quality diagnostic films and performs MRSO duties. Works on a level not requiring constant supervision. Performs a variety of MR core protocols, MRI advanced level recons, Neuro and Cardiovascular MRA’s, independent workstation proficiency, IV skills, Q.A. maintenance. These procedures require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative when performing exam for diagnostic purposes. Assists manager with the implementation of policy and procedures, training of new team members, interdepartmental committee involvement and is a preceptor with basic leaderships skills that demonstrates an ability to delegate when needed.
