Motor Grader Operator

Summary :

• Motor Grader Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a motor grader to level, spread, and grade earth, gravel, asphalt, or other materials for road construction, maintenance, site preparation, and infrastructure projects.


• This role requires precision in achieving specified grades, slopes, and surfaces while adhering to safety protocols and project specifications .

Qualifications :

•     The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of Motor Grader Operator experience Knowledge of grading and compaction techniques.


• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Must demonstrate the ability to operate the motor grader, must demonstrate excellent safety awareness, and a willingness to comply with company policy and safety standards.
• Communication with other operators, truck drivers and general laborers is critical.
