Role Title: Graphic Designer (with Video Editing) Location: Work from Home Experience: 0 to 1 year Permanent, Full-time role Design high-quality visuals for social media campaigns, website assets, landing pages, and marketing collateral Create and edit video content for social media and YouTube (short-form and long-form) Manage and grow Specbee’s YouTube channel, including thumbnails, uploads, optimization, and consistency Collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life visually Work with the HR team to design internal creatives such as hiring posts, employer branding assets, and event materials Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and video styles that perform well Handle multiple projects and timelines without compromising quality
