Modern Workplace Engineer (M365 & Automation)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate automation to reduce IT operational workload using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or Python.
• Build self‑healing solutions, proactive remediations, and automated workflows to remediate recurring incidents at scale.
• Own and manage M365 and Entra ID, including user lifecycle management, role based access control, conditional access, and identity governance.
• Build, manage, and maintain Microsoft Intune: device compliance and baselines, application packaging and software distribution, endpoint security and incident remediation.
• Act as L3 escalation for complex identity, endpoint, and automation related issues.
• Partner with Service Delivery to reduce ticket volumes through engineering fixes rather than manual responses.
• Implement and support AI‑enabled use cases (e.g. Copilot, internal agents, ticket summarisation, knowledge retrieval) with appropriate governance, reten...
