Model Based Systems Engineer

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking a MBSE Systems Engineer to develop system modeling and simulation (M&S) solutions throughout the organization, and to perform engineering analysis and provide results to inform strategic decisions for operations. The Engineer will focus on the design, development, and integration of M&S products for the program.The Engineer will work on a wide variety of challenges to develop solutions for all aspect of the current business.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining system modeling practices and methodologies, designing and developing system models, preparing/validating the modeling and analysis as well as effectively communicating the findings to provide actionable recommendations. This position will also be responsible for supporting the development of overarching M&S and MBSE strategy and ensuring the logical and systemic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions.
