We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Recruiter to promote and enroll candidates for International Courses. The role involves field outreach, student sourcing, counseling support, and driving enrollments through on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field activities to source students for international courses
Visit colleges, institutes, coaching centers, and local areas for candidate outreach
Generate leads through seminars, roadshows, and awareness campaigns
Explain international course details, eligibility, and benefits to candidates
Support counseling and admission processes
Maintain daily field visit and lead reports
Achieve monthly lead generation and enrollment targets

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (graduates preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in field recruitment, sales, or education marketing
