Mobile Test Engineer-Appium Testing Lead

Lead and mentor the testing team: Guide and develop team members, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure the team has the necessary training. Design and implement automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for both Android and iOS platforms. Create and manage frameworks: Develop reusable components and maintain the overall automation framework. Execute and analyze tests: Run functional, regression, and smoke tests, analyze results, and identify and report defects with detailed documentation. Collaborate with teams: Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Integrate into CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
