Job Description

We are looking for someone who can work independently, problem-solve effectively, and deliver a consistently high standard of workmanship.

The role requires a fully qualified plumber with strong fault-finding abilities, confidence working across multiple building systems, and the flexibility to support general building fabric tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, repairs, adjustments, testing, and troubleshooting of plumbing equipment.
  • Repair cracked pipes, resolve blocked drainage issues and inspect plumbing systems to detect failures or identify causes of malfunctions.
  • Dismantle devices, remove defective parts, inspect used components and calibrate systems in line with manufacturer specifications.
