Education:
– Bachelor of science in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
Experience:
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
– Have experience in the following technologies: Microwave, IP Transport protocols, NMS architecture, with a fundamental understanding of optical/Microwave transmission network infrastructure, Huawei experience is preferred
– Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time and prioritize them accordingly .
– Strong customer service experience, technical support and troubleshooting skills.
– Have a full understanding and ability of E2E issues troubleshooting, issue resolving within SLA.
– Excellent skills on MW Link configuration, Ethernet and TDM services creation.
